ENH: Added the ability to filter qtReferenceItemCombobox based on categories

When dealing with a RefernceItem that references Attributes. you can use the UseCategories option, to restrict the combobox to contain only attributes that pas the current set of active categories.

Also fixed a bug when coloring the combobox button based on "invalid" values.
