BUG: qtInputItem Crashes in SetOutputOptional

Robert M. O'Bara requested to merge bob.obara/smtk:fixInoutItemOptionalCrash into master

The issue as a copy paste issue. The call was not needed to be made when creating the label frame since the updateUI method calls this later after the qtItem structure is completed.
