BUG: qtGroupView Status Tabs not updating correctly

Robert M. O'Bara requested to merge bob.obara/smtk:fixGroupViewStatusUpdate into master

The underlying cause was the assumption that only the tab that was modified needed to be checked. In the case however where an attribute view has deleted an attribute that is referenced in another view, this is no longer true.
