Selection footprint

David Thompson requested to merge dcthomp/smtk:selection-footprint into master

Add a new smtk::resource::Query named smtk::geometry::SelectionFootprint that the ParaView representation in SMTK uses to decide what to highlight in the render view for a given selection. This allows plugins to extend the logic that was previously fixed in the representation (and handled only the attribute and model resources).
