ENH: Replace qtTableWidget with qtTableView in qtAttributeView

Robert M. O'Bara requested to merge bob.obara/smtk:usingQtTableViewInAttributePanel into master
  • now provides searching on attribute names.

Issues to be checked:

  • Would there be an objection to making the text search case insensitive?
  • I think DisableTopButtons doesn't work. Here is a template file to try: sandtank.sbt -- The "Soil Type" attribute view should have buttons disabled.
