vtk Representation: reset slice viz and position when volume is added later.
The volume slices were invisible if a volume resource was inserted into an existing resource with surfaces.
This makes the slices visible and centered, but the slider UI still displays 0 for all three sliders. Is there a way to set the gui sliders?
