ENH: qtAttributeView List Properly Resizes

Robert M. O'Bara requested to merge bob.obara/smtk:improveAttributeViewList into master
  • The List of Attribute will now always fill the space provided
  • The Type and Status Columns will always resize based on contents, leaving the name field to take up all of the extra space
