ENH: Analysis Configurations are now properly monitored

Robert M. O'Bara requested to merge bob.obara/smtk:improvingCreationAndDeletionOfConfigurations into master

The top-level view now checks to see if the attribute being created, changed, or deleted represents an analysis configuration. If that is the case, the cofiguration combobox is updated appropriately.

This addresses Issue #308 (closed)
