ENH: Renaming ModelEntityRef::attributes method

Robert M. O'Bara requested to merge bob.obara/smtk:renamingEnityRefAttributesMethod into master

The method was renamed attributeIds() since that it was it returned. In addtion an attributes method was added that returns attributes associated to the entity based on an attribute definition.
