Adh select mesh

John Tourtellott requested to merge john.tourtellott/simulation-workflows:adh-select-mesh into master

Update template and python scripts for AdH surface water simulation. The main feature is that users can now select which mesh to use for exporting; previously ModelBuilder would only export if there was ONE mesh in the session. Once this update has been vetted, the intent is to update other simulations with the same changes.
