Update Omega3p to skip monitoring

The "submit to NERSC" option is modified so that the python-export script exits after the simulation job has been submitted to NERSC. Previously, the script would continue monitoring progress until the job was completed. Now, with the addition of the job-monitoring panel in an SMTK branch, the monitoring function is no longer needed in the export script. This branch also includes a number of updates and corrections that resulted from online testing.
