Update Tem3P templates and writers to present a 5-category UI for TEM3P:

<Cat>TEM3P-Static</Cat>
<Cat>TEM3P-Linear-Thermal</Cat>
<Cat>TEM3P-Nonlinear-Thermal</Cat>

This branch has implemented and lightly tested 2 of the 5: Eigen, Static. The others will be completed in a future MR(s).
