Update Track3P workflow files so that Track3P simulations can use the results of pre-existing omega3p or s3p simulations.

  • In this first implementation, users have to enter the full path on the NERSC file system, because ModelBuilder/Cumulus doesn't support any filesystem-browser capability.
  • The slurm script is updated to create a symbolic link to the input simulaion.
