WIP: Update to name change from xmsmesh package to xmsmesher

Learned today (18-jul-2019) that Aquaveo is moving from xmsmesh package to xmsmesher. The MR reflects those changes.

The WIP is because I have not verified that conda build still works. It appears to be a trivial change, but conda builds are always a venture into the unknown...
