Simplify logic for pqTruchasRecentProjectsMenu

  • Only list resources from builtin server
  • Strip "builtin:" from the recent-projects menu
  • Hide search box from all attribute views
  • Mark resources for removal before closing project (fixes crash)
  • Warn user when closing modified project and turn off smtk warning for modified resources
  • Replace deprecated smtk::project::ResourceContainer::getByRole() function in new ProjectUtils class
