Add materials to PHYSICS namelist

John Tourtellott requested to merge materials-list into master

Updates the TruchasWriter to add a "materials" variable to the PHYSICS namelist, listing all materials in the attribute resource (whether associated to a model entity or not). If also appends "VOID" to the list if any model entities are associated to the "material.void" attribute.
