Fix export name for the electric susceptibility variables

Corrected the export variable names: electrical_susceptibility{,_func} --> electric_susceptibility{,_func}

And though it was not strictly necessary, for consistency I made the corresponding changes to internal names.

PS: I have no idea why convention has it "electrical conductivity" but "electric susceptibility"
