Material update

John Tourtellott requested to merge material-update into master

Update simulation-workflow files to match the current Truchas material schema.

  • MATERIAL namelist for single-phase materials
  • Single MATERIAL namelist plus PHASE and PHASE_CHANGE namelists for multi-phase materials
  • Replace generic format for properties with propery-specific names
  • Drop material numbering
  • Hide background material for now.
