Add custom descriptive phrase and selection logic

This commit lets rgg session learn new descriptive phrase and selection logic. In tradtional CMB workflow, a selection in the resource panel will highlight the selected components. For rgg session, a selected rgg components will be the only visible geometry in the rendering window. Now rgg session has its own descriptive phrase.
