Add code to run OpenFOAM async and custom view with user controls

  • Adds qtOpenFoamRunner class and related software for running OpenFOAM apps asynchronously
  • Adds pqWindTunnelControlsView, a custom SMTK view with controls to run OpenFOAM app and set display options for data
  • Also reorganizes case directories and removes all TaskFlow remnants
