Updates the UI and readthedocs content based on feedback

  • Moves the controlDict from a separate tab to part of the Solver tab
  • Reorganizes views so that Mesh Size and Boundary Conditions are in separate, and thus labeled, views
  • Makes some editorial improvements to the docs
