Add EstimateMass operation

The EstimatedMass operation calculates the mass of displaced water using the part geometry, block mesh bounds, water level, and density of water. This branch also adds "Transport Properties" to the UI (which includes a field for the density of water) and moves the "Mass Properties" attribute to the "Physics" tab:
