Add control panel for running surfaceInertia

Chris had asked for this back in December. This branch adds a new control in the "Model" table for running surfaceInteria. When invokded, it first asks for a density value to use then runs the app, displaying output in the log dialog. The operation is hard-coded to the overset case directory. This branch also includes some minor UI improvements.
