Added a 'Cancel Job' button to the Jobs Panel UI

This cancels the job through a qtNewtInterface request, and then removes the job from the model

Only visible when the job is the the created, queued, or running stages. Not available for error or complete. In those latter cases, the Cancel button is hidden.
