Update pvserver configuration files to latest syntax

Updates the .pvsc file for remote visualization from NERSC

  • Uses syntax introduced in ParaView 5.7
  • Eliminates the need for X11 (xterm) on macOS systems
  • Leaves windows unchanged, until problem starting pvserver on Cori get resolved
