Display TEM3P data using preset coloring ("Cool to Warm")

The current viz logic copies the rainbow coloring in SLACTools for all data. This MR changes to colormap for TEM3P data (which is not applicable to SLACTools) to display the paraview default preset (cool to warm).

This MR also fixes a bug storing the builtin server if the ace3p plugin is loaded before the builtin server is set to the active server.
