Fix git-lfs error

This branch removes the lfs status from jobs.json. It was inadvertently changed in caa3fec0 (MR !48 (merged)). To add a bit more irony, we then to delete jobs.json because it is obsolete and not actually used.

Note that commits from caa3fec0 to this merge commit are not usable when git-lfs is turned on. (Use git lfs uninstall --local to temporarily ignore smudge errors and other such problems).
