UI updates for help menu and project-close

A small number of user interface updates (mostly)

  • Set the paraview "auto apply" option in autostart
  • Add build option to replace the help menu contents
  • Hide the search box in attribute views
  • Mark resources for removal before closing project (fixes crash)
  • Update project-close to handle modified projects
