SLACTools opener integration into Jobs Panel

Corey Wetterer-Nelson (Kitware) requested to merge c.wetterer-nelson/ace3p-extensions:slactools-opener into master

This MR adds a button to the Jobs Details panel which allows a user to immediately open a job results downloaded to the jobs directory into ParaView for interaction with SLACTools.

Checklist

  • Disable button for everything but Omega3P jobs with downloaded results (for now)
  • Figure out why a pre-loaded SLACTools stays disabled when the job is loaded here (will require an MR to ParaView)
  • Resizing popup mode select dialog does not resize widget
  • pressing paraview button multiple times leads to odd behavior
  • Think about particle files (future support)
  • Consider how this will be affected by the upcoming folder organization change
