BUG: Fixed Elevation Mode in PointsBuilder

Show Elevation had strange behavior. This change now makes things more consistant this includes the following:

  1. Loading in new LIDAR when show elevation is on will now be colored by elevation
  2. Turning on show elevation for terrain extraction now works
  3. You don't have to play around with the Map Scalars Option to color by elevation.
