Select mesh for export

John Tourtellott requested to merge john.tourtellott/cmb:select-mesh-for-export into master

A handful of changes needed for the new export template in simulation-workflows, which uses ModelEntityItem and MeshItem to specify the mesh to the simulation file writer. The test script for AdH surface water was also updated, however, this will not run until both simulation-workflows and cmb-testing-data are updated, which should happen next week.
