Adds Simulation Export test data

Dylan Wang requested to merge dylan-wang/cmb-testing-data:simexportv4test into master

In SimulationFiles folder are now more folders. Each represents a specific test and inside are the baseline files.

There are also two new folders at the top level: SampleAttributes and PythonExporters. These mirror the CMB source's copies. Note: this needs to be changed in the future so we don't have two copies.
