Revert common-superbuild hash

Ryan Krattiger requested to merge ryan.krattiger1/cmb-superbuild:revert_superbuild_pre_xcb_issue into master

I thought updating to the latest superbuild would be okay, but it seems the issue with packaging xcb lives there. This patch is to revert to the last update before !820 (merged) was merged.

Pre- xcb packaging issue.
