Fix rpaths for opencascade

Aron Helser requested to merge aron.helser/cmb-superbuild:opencascade_rpath into master

Make the opencascade plugin consistent with rpath settings of other plugins, and add an $ORIGIN rpath to occt, so its shared libs can find each other.
