itk: only pass the build dir to itkvtkglue

Ben Boeckel requested to merge ben.boeckel/cmb-superbuild:itk-build-vs-install into master

Other projects should use the install. Due to the way superbuild_add_extra_cmake_args works, it overrides local configurations, so each project needs to set this up manually.
