Clean out deprecated options from the superbuild.

David Thompson requested to merge dcthomp/cmb-superbuild:housecleaning into master

This removes all mention of shiboken and qt4.

It also removes the hydrology app bundle, as master should no longer require separate apps for separate workflows.
