Move ParaView (and thus VTK) forward.

David Thompson requested to merge dcthomp/cmb-superbuild:update-paraview into master

This is needed for upcoming SMTK changes to the ParaView model representation class.

This will probably break SMTK and CMB with the current master (but those are about to change).
