BUG: Fixing CMB and SMTK Settings

Robert M. O'Bara requested to merge bob.obara/cmb-superbuild:fixingBranches into release

Preiously CMB was pointing to 4.2 and SMTK to 1.1 by default. Also the git settings was to pull from master. This commit now sets CMB to be 5.0 and SMTK to 2.0 and the git branches to be set to release
