smtk: set the source directory directly

Ben Boeckel requested to merge ben.boeckel/cmb-superbuild:smtk-lfs-working-dir into master

The SOURCE_SUBDIR is meant for projects which store their CMakeLists.txt at a subdirectory rather than the top-level. The source directory is correct here, it's just provided by another project.
