Remove PDF guide's MD5.

Alvaro Sanchez requested to merge alvaro.sanchez/cmb-superbuild:remove-usersguide-md5 into master

Current PDF guides are generated from readthedocs.io and are frequently updated (readthedocs.io is linked directly to cmb-master), so the MD5 hash is removed as a temporary measure to avoid the need to update it with the same frequency. The files will be fetched from a distinct location in the future.
