Cmb version support

Ben Boeckel requested to merge ben.boeckel/cmb-superbuild:cmb-version-support into master

Note that this changes the filenames generated by the superbuild. They will now have a version number in them and an additional bit which changes whether Qt4 or Qt5 is enabled for the package.
