Mods for slac project

John Tourtellott requested to merge john.tourtellott/cmb-superbuild:mods-for-slac-project into master

This branch adds two relatively small updates to the superbuild

  • Build Qt with openssl, so that CMB can access HPC machines like NERSC
  • Build the ParaView SLACTools plugin. This is a convenience for developers at Kitware and SLAC, who may prefer to run the standalone ParaView to explore output data from Omega3P simulations.
