Tutorial: Improve Step4 exercises to be more understandable

During the trainings, this exercise does not demonstrate really well the point of creating build configuration dependent information or just information available only a generation time. This modification aims to make this point clearer to CMake beginners.

Also fix some problems in Step2/Step3
