Autogen: Add AUTOMOC_MOC_OPTIONS test & Update doc

Since #23894 (closed) doesn't occur anymore, a test was added about the case mentioned in the issue description.

Implemented small refactoring and added an example to AUTOMOC_MOC_OPTIONS's documentation.
