Tutorial: Refactor mysqrt and MakeTable into cmake files

Creates a cmake script for each tutorial target. The aim is to make the cmake code more readable and to reinforce the target oriented structure of cmake. Another goal for this MR is to reduce the cmake restructuring needed for Step 8 - Adding a Custom Command
