TryCompileCode(): Prevent warning on return value

Craig Scott requested to merge craig.scott/cmake:std-move-on-return-warning into master

This addresses the warning identified in !8017 (diffs, comment 1294580). It wasn't picked up before !8017 (merged) was merged because the machine on which the warning occurs doesn't seem to be building the nightly builds all that often, and it didn't submit the night !8017 (merged) was staged.
