FindPostgreSQL: Add brew-style directories to search path

Brian Parkes requested to merge brian_parkes/cmake:Fix_PSQL_search_suffixes_for_brew into master

As of 14.5 homebrew names PostgreSQL directories with the version number. e.g. postgresql@14. I have added this style of directory name to the search paths for this module.
