cmFindPackageCommand: Add one more search path

The PREFIX/(Foo|foo|FOO).*/(cmake|CMake)/(Foo|foo|FOO).*/ search path is the similar to the one already exists PREFIX/(Foo|foo|FOO).*/(lib/ARCH|lib*|share)/cmake/(Foo|foo|FOO).*/.
