FindMPI: Mark old MPI library entries as advanced

Both MPI_LIBRARY and MPI_EXTRA_LIBRARY are deprecated settings, without documentation even, yet they're the only two settings of the entire FindMPI module that are* not *marked as advanced. This behavior is somewhat confusing, especially given that MPI_<lang>_LIBRARIES are advanced cache entries.
