SystemTools: match define as used later on

Fixes compilation on Linux systems without kernel headers.

@neheb thanks! The Source/kwsys directory is maintained in upstream KWSys. Please submit a new merge request over there. Once merged, I'll handle updating CMake's copy.

I'll close this MR in favor of moving it to KWSys as discussed above.
